San Antonio. Soon you will find all information, calendars, and

Development and your guide to arts and culture in San Antonio.
This
National Historic Landmark represents the last visual vestiges
of the Presidio San Antonio de Béjar.
Traditionally known as the Spanish Governor's Palace, it was the
original Comandancia (residence and working office) for
the Captains of the military garrison from 1722 until the early
1800s.
Come see where Spain had its first permanent military presence in San Antonio. Come learn Texas' earliest history under Spanish rule. Come and be delightfully surprised at the beautifully landscaped gardens in the courtyard. You won't want to leave.
