Downtown Parks and Plazas
The Contracts and Facility Service Division is responsible for all
downtown leases, contracts and facilities including La Villita, Market Square,
Spanish Governor's Palace and HemisFair. The Division also manages all
cultural facility leases to include the Alameda Theater, Museo Alameda,
Majestic/Empire Theatres and the Magik Children's Theater.
