Vendors who are interested in selling novelty items on the River Walk at one of the six stationary sites will have the opportunity to participate in a lottery process annually. Completed applications and other requirements are necessary for vendors to be included in the annual lottery for the stationary designated permits. Vendors who would like to operate on privately-controlled property must also complete an application, which can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the page. In addition, they must obtain permission from the business operator and/or property owner and fulfill other requirements as specified by the program.
