Telecommunications for the Hearing Impaired

The Finance Department maintains a TTY communications device located in the Revenue Division for use by the hearing impaired. Calls to this number will be handled by a Revenue Division Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will determine the correct office to coordinate with, and forward the inquiry to that division. The response will be returned to the Customer Service Representative and the customer will be contacted by the TTY device.
