Food Manager Training Requirements:
Metro Health requires that each business that serves open, potentially hazardous foods and drinks is required to have one certified food manager on duty at all times during hours of operation.
To meet this standard, a supervisory person must:
• Take and pass a Department of State Health Services approved Food Manager Training Course.
• Receive the Department of State Health Services certificate.
• Bring that certificate to Metro Health, 332 W. Commerce, and obtain your Metro Health Food Manager ID Card.
