The FY 2010 Adopted Budget includes the continued implementation of the civilian Step Pay Plan. This implementation plan is consistent with the original projections and timeline. Employees who have 10 or more years in their current job and have a salary below Step 10 for their pay range will receive an increase in their base salary to Step 10 of the pay range for their job. This change will be effective January 1, 2010.
