The Excellence in Public Service Program is an employee recognition program that rewards City of San Antonio employees who promote, through their actions or suggestions, the value of "Excellence in Public Service." All City employees are eligible to participate. Award recipients may be eligible to receive eight (8) hours of Incentive Leave and a cash award of up to $5,000.
