The City of San Antonio Training Center is located at 600 HemisFair Plaza Way, 1st Floor, Building #277. It is in HemisFair Park next to the San Antonio Park Police Headquarters. This Training Center accommodates the Human Resources Department's training needs as well as provides a meeting facility for other departments.

New Employee Experience training is conducted weekly at the Training Center as well as many of the courses offered by the City’s trainers. Several Alamo Community College District (ACCD) instructed courses are also offered at the training facility.
