The Language Skills Pay program compensates full-time
civilian employees who may use language skills other than English to
assist them in better performing their job responsibilities and provide
quality service.
The Program is designed to compensate $50 per month
for speaking a language other than English when used for job purposes
to improve the ability to serve customers.
