The City of San Antonio commits to ensure that employees are properly trained on various subject matter that will create a more positive and productive workplace. The Train-the-Trainer program is an opportunity for the City to develop a talented group of employees to serve as City Trainers for various city-wide and departmental training initiatives. Certified trainers receive a monthly stipend and are responsible for conducting six city-wide training sessions on Human Resources Department-identified training initiatives as well as any courses required by a trainer's department director every fiscal year.
