Scorecard & Application Please take a few moments to tell us about yourself and your development project. The information you provide on the Application Form will be used by the City's Incentive Counselor to contact you after submitting your project information. The purpose of the Scorecard is to develop a Total Project Score based on the proposed project's ability to meet the goals and priorities established by the City Council and other desired development criteria that reflects best practices.
