Glen Hartman is a former San Antonio City Councilman (1975-79), Executive Director of the Texas Public Finance (1984-92), Mayor of Lago Vista TX (1997-99), and Commissioner of the Travis County Emergency Services District 1 (1999-2001).Chairman Hartman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austinand also completed coursework at Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

Carole Abitz is a retired U.S. Air Force officer, currently working as a community advocate. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She also has a Masters degree in Personnel Management from Central Michigan University and an MBA from St. Mary's University in San Antonio.

Steven Bennett is General Counsel of USAA Federal Savings Bank.He received degrees from the University of Notre Dame (BA) and the University of Kansas (JD).

Mary Lee Buettner is the president of the Heritage Neighborhood Association.

Felix Castellano is a Property and Inventory Area Utilization Officer for the federal government. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Bert Cecconii is a consultant and previous president of Dentistry International, Inc. He is also a retired Air Force Colonel and served at various bases throughout the United States and Japan.

Rebecca Cedillo is retired after 20 years of public service with the City of San Antonio and San Antonio Water System.She received degrees from St. Mary’s University (BA) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MS).

Jeffery Dean was an aide to former County Judge Cyndy Krier (1998-2001) and served in various posts with the City of San Antonio (1996-98). He holds two degrees from UTSA.

Doug Harlan currently serves on the political science faculty at Trinity University and recently closed his law practice of 22 years.He served at senior levels in the federal government and with the City of San Antonio and is also a former newspaper columnist.

Frances Mabry is an office administrator with Wayne Services Group.She is a graduate of Sam Houston High School and has also attended business school.

Doug McMurry is the Executive Vice President of the San Antonio Chapter of Associated General Contractors.He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from the University of Texas.

Sheila McNeil is the District Office Manager for state Representative Ruth Jones McClendon.

E.Z. Mull serves as an alternate for Mr. Gerry Rickhoff.

David Palmer is a GED instructor for Region 20, Educational Center.His background also includes teaching positions with St. Phillip’s College, San Antonio College, UTSA, Southwest Texas State University and Our Lady of the Lake University.He was also City Manager of Hondo, TX (1982).

David Peterson is a technology manager with Washington Mutual.He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Gerry Rickhoff is the Bexar County Clerk.

Ronald Rocha is an attorney with Linebarger, Goggan, Blair and Sampson, LLP.He received degrees from St. Mary’s University (BA) and Thurgood Marshall School of Law (JD).

Norma Rodriguez was the City Clerk of San Antonio for 32 years.She graduated from the University of North Texas Certified Municipal Clerks Program.In 2002, MANA, a national Latina organization, honored Ms. Rodriguez for being the first woman, Hispanic and longest-serving City Clerk in San Antonio history. 

Harold Tillman  is retired from the U.S. Army.

Catherine Torres-Stahl  is a judge with the City of San Antonio. She received two degrees from St. Mary’s University (BA and JD).

Susan  Wright is a Public Relations and Development Consultant with Susan Wright and Associates, LLC.She attended the University of Texas , University of Houston and Houston Community College.
