Document files are stored as Adobe PDF.   PDF () is a universal file format that preserves the fonts, images, graphics, and layouts of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it.  PDF files are compact and complete, and can be shared, viewed, and printed by anyone with the free Adobe Reader software.

PDF format (version 5 or later) has been adopted to streamline document management, increase productivity, and reduce reliance on paper.   

Many of the files are over 5MB in size. To avoid problems, you may download the file to your computer without viewing it online (simply right click your mouse over the document name, then select  "Save Link As").
