Groups
Purpose
To promote public use of the San Antonio Public Library and appreciation
of its value as a cultural and educational asset to the community, and to encourage the
extension and improvement of its services.
Membership
A board of directors holds board
meetings, open to all, in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
There are
currently about 800 members.
- Annual
dues of $15 are payable on or before January 31 of each year, and $5 of
that amount may be designated to an authorized branch or support group.
- Members
may join more than one support group by paying an additional $5 for each
additional group.

Membership forms and envelopes are available at the Central Library and
all branches.

Publications are a
bimonthly newsletter and members' directory, which is issued
