FRIENDS

Everybody needs friends! Will you be a friend of the Landa Library?

Friends of the San Antonio Public Library is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting use of the library and appreciation of its value as a cultural and educational asset to the community, and to encouraging the extension and improvement of library services.

Would you consider being a charter member of the Landa Library Group, Friends of the San Antonio Public Library?

Getting this library gives you a seat at the table. Joining the Friends group will give you a voice at the table.

The most common activity of a Friends group is to conduct book sales to raise funds to benefit your library. Friends members who assist with set-up and preparation for a book sale get to preview and purchase books before the sale opens to the public. Every penny earned at a book sale supports your branch library.

Annual membership in Friends of the San Antonio Public Library is currently only $15 per person or $25 per couple/family.

Visit the Circulation Desk at any San Antonio Public Library for a Membership envelope.
