San Antonio Public Library will offer free tours of C-SPAN2’s “Book TV” mobile production lab at two library locations on Wednesday, January 24. The Book TV Bus will be at Central Library from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunchtime tours, and at the Guerra Library from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Book TV Bus launched in September 2005 and has visited libraries, bookstores, literary festivals and universities in over 150 cities to promote C-SPAN2's weekend-long programming of nonfiction books and authors, and to collect interesting literary programming from communities around the country. Interviews with Texas nonfiction authors are also scheduled during the tour stop.

One hour of free parking is available in the Central Library parking garage with a validated ticket. Parking at Guerra Library is available at no cost. For more information, the public may call 207-2500.
