Friends of Texana/Genealogy Support Group
The Friends of Texana/Genealogy is a departmental support group structured within the
larger Friends of the San Antonio Public Library. The group meets four times a year for
programs on local history or genealogy. Proceeds of their annual book sale are used to
purchase materials or equipment not provided for in the Library budget.

Donations
Donations of single books or complete collections are welcomed with the understanding
that they will be used to the Librarys best advantage. They may be added to the
collection if they meet selection criteria or disposed of according to standard Library
policy.
