Government Travel Information

Embassy World - Search by host or guest country to locate a list of embassies and consulates of the world, embassies of other nations in the United States, U.S. embassies worldwide, and United Nationals permanent missions.
Foreign Embassies of Washington D.C. - Provides links to foreign embassies located in Washington, D.C. as well as to other web resources, if available.
U.S. Customs Service: Traveler Information - Information for passengers leaving or returning to the United States regarding what can and cannot be carried with them.
U.S. State Department: Bureau of Consular Affairs - Provides complete information for Americans traveling abroad, including travel warnings and consular information sheets.

Technotravel: How to Access the Internet While Traveling - This site offers advice for those with and without computers, a list of cybercafers, a helpful remindeer that public libraries may have Internet access as well.
