	Phase I begins including construction of water, sewer, gas, and drainage related improvements. A total street closure of Dwyer Street, from Market to the Dolorosa alleyway until July 23, 2007. Varying lane closures on Dwyer from Villita to Dolorosa. Lane closures along the Dolorosa alleyway and along Villita from Dwyer to the San Antonio River.
March 10, 2007
	Intersection of Market and Dwyer closes until April 5, 2007. At least two through traffic lanes on Market will be kept open during peak periods of traffic. Full intersection closure (when necessary) will be limited to nights and weekends.
April 30, 2007
	Permanent closure of Main Plaza Street. Permanent pavement marking, traffic signal timing, and signing will be implemented at Market/Dwyer intersection prior to reopening Dwyer south of Market.
May 3, 2007
	Lane closures of Commerce, Market, and Main Street until May 31, 2007. Partial lane closure on Commerce along the Main Plaza Street east of Main Street; partial lane closure on Dolorosa/Market adjacent to the Courthouse; and, partial lane closure on Main adjacent to the north portion of the Courthouse building.
June 1, 2007
	Permanent closure of Main Street. Partial single-lane closures may be required during this period. Permanent pavement marking, traffic signal timing, and signing will be implemented at Commerce/Main intersection.
June 2007-      April 2008
	Construction to include landscaping, fountains, stonework, etc. within Main Plaza to be completed during this period.
April 2008
	Main Plaza Project Substantially Complete
