Tierra del Sol Subdivision

Tierra del Sol will consist of 31 new single family homes. HNSD will be coordinating with the Greater San Antonio Builders Association on construction of the new 31 single family homes.

Tierra Sol

The property acquired is 5.58 acres located in the west part of San Antonio at 400 and 400-1 Maridel Avenue legally described by New City Block (NCB) 7444 BLK 2 Lot 1 and NCB 7444 BLK 2 lot 2 in City Council District 7 bounded on the north by the undeveloped Maridel St., at the south by multiple undeveloped lots, at the east by lots 1-6 and at the west by the undeveloped Acme Rd. The Site is adjacent to the Zarzamora Creek.
