ACCOMPLISHMENTS |
Since its inception in 1995, five (5) subdivisions of high-quality, single-family homes have been
developed. The program has created a total of 232 affordable housing units. In addition to
subsidized land development, the incorporation of
homebuyer incentives such as down payment
and closing cost assistance provides many families that would otherwise not have had the opportunity
to know the personal satisfaction of homeownership.
- An average of 45 affordable homes per development
- A total of 180 new homes constructed
- A total of 156 homeowners receiving homebuyers education an down payment
- An average of 565 decrease in criminal incidents and safety issues
- An average of $4,905,000 increase in property value
- An average of 82 partner organizations
- Does not include Arroyo Vista, which is under development
The table below describes the impact of the ASOH on the first four
