APPLICATION MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS

There are different statutory eligibility requirements for each Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Board, depending upon when and how the TIRZ was created. Please see the list of TIRZ named in each group below to determine which packet to download. Each packet contains the City Application for Appointment for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones, instructions, an eligibility form, some key board policy guidelines, and a list of the City’s TIRZ. (Note: Not all TIRZ listed below currently have vacancies. Please refer to the vacancies section above to see which TIRZ do.)

Group A - TIRZ Initiated Before September 1, 2001 by Petition:

TIRZ#2-Rosedale, TIRZ#4-Highland Heights, TIRZ#5-New Horizons, TIRZ#6-Mission del Lago, TIRZ#7-Brookside, TIRZ#10-Stablewood Farms.

TIRZ BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Ownership of real property within a TIRZ is an eligibility requirement for some boards. To determine the boundaries or simply view the location of a given reinvestment zone, you can view maps of the City’s various TIRZ here.
