Councilwoman Cisneros partners with The Pan American Golf Association to donate Thanksgiving Dinners to the community


Yesterday, Councilwoman Mary Alice P. Cisneros' office along with The Pan American Golf Association (PAGA), teamed up to deliver Thanksgiving dinner certificates to less fortunate families within the San Antonio community.

The certificates are good for a complete turkey dinner with all of the trimmings prepared by Bill Miller's Bar-B-Q.

Ray Aguillon, president of the local PAGA chapter, stated that their organization has conducted previous food drives during the holidays. This year, their membership will also be delivering boxes of canned goods and turkeys to families in the downtown San Antonio area.

"Partnerships between the City and organizations like PAGA will help bring cheer to families who may be experiencing financial difficulties during the holiday season," said Councilwoman Cisneros.
