Release Date: October 10, 2011 Office of District 9 Councilwoman Elisa Chan:207-7325 Councilwoman Chan and VIA to hold Public Meeting on Street Car Proposal San Antonio, Texas (Oct. 10, 2011)-Today, Monday, October 10, Councilwoman Elisa Chan, VIA CEO Keith Parker, and Deputy City Manager Pat DiGiovanni will host a second public meeting to present and discuss VIA's and the City's Streetcar proposals, and seek the input from District 9 residents. "I would really like for District 9 residents to come to this meeting to get a good look at what VIA and the City are proposing, but also to let VIA and the City know what they think about the Street Car proposal," said Councilwoman Chan.
