Exhibitors needed for
Historic Homeowner Fair
The City’s Office of Historic Preservation is looking for
exhibitors interested in participating in the Historic Homeowner Fair
that will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29
at the Municipal Auditorium, 100 Auditorium Circle.
The fair will include sessions on improving energy efficiency, repairing
historic wood windows, “green” living in historic properties,
appropriate landscaping, and appropriate additions to historic homes.
The purpose of the fair is to give citizens and professionals an
opportunity to interact and discuss issues related to historic
properties.
Companies and organizations interested in participating in the fair
should complete the registration form available at
www.sanantonio.gov/historic
under the “Events and Updates” page. Registration is $50 for exhibitors
and $20 for neighborhood organizations. The deadline to sign up as an
exhibitor is Monday, August 24.
