PTAC to Host “Contractor’s Access to Capital”

The City of San Antonio’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is offering a seminar entitled Contractor’s Access to Capital, a seminar to provide government contractors with information on various funding resources that are available to the small business community.

The free seminar is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center, 1901 S. Alamo, 2nd floor Training Rooms A & B.

Some of the funding resources that will be highlighted during the seminar include Broadway Bank, the South Texas Business Fund and PFI Capital Accounts Receivable Factoring. Information on local opportunities and other small business resources will also be provided.

The PTAC serves an integral role in counseling local small businesses for certifications and registrations and encourages them to pursue federal, state, and local government contracts.
