What is the climate of business in San Antonio?

During these tough economic times, what is the climate of business in San Antonio? The City's South Texas Women's  Business Center (STWBC) will discuss this topic and more at their Platicas Lunch and Learn series entitled What is the climate for business in San Antonio? featuring Carri Baker Wells, Chief Operations Executive, Linebarger, Goggen, Blair & Sampson, LLP.

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, at the Central Library’s Auditorium, 600 Soledad, Wells will share her views as well as provide information on what businesses can do to be a success in today’s society. Her law firm represents over 2,000 governmental entities in the collection of receivables. She is also the San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce Chair Elect.

The STWBC is a program of the South Texas Business Fund and the City of San Antonio’s Economic Development Department which offers education, counseling, and training services to aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners.
