Franchising your way to success
STWBC to host seminar aimed at helping entrepreneurs learn about franchising opportunities

Ever wonder what it takes to be a part of a franchise. Entrepreneurs looking for an opportunity to understand the ins and outs of owning a franchise are invited to attend the South Texas Women’s Business Center (STWBC) lunch seminar entitled “Franchising: Opportunities for All” from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6 at the STWBC Training Room, 100 W. Houston, 19th floor.

The event will feature Mark Tapp, owner, The Entrepreneurship Authority of San Antonio, and Josie Rangel, owner, Maid Brigade. At the event, speakers will discuss how to purchase a franchise, financing tips, and provide business tips as well as answer frequently asked questions about franchising.

The STWBC is a program of the South Texas Business Fund and the City of San Antonio’s Economic Development Department which offers education, counseling, and training services to aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners.
