Doing Business with the State of Texas
PTAC hosts seminar to help businesses obtain state certification

The City of San Antonio's Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is offering a seminar entitled Doing Business with the State of Texas, a seminar that will highlight information on how to obtain the State of Texas’ Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Certification, registering as a vendor, searching for opportunities and how to get on the Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS).

The free seminar is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Cliff Morton Development and Business Services Center, 1901 S. Alamo, 2nd floor Training Rooms A & B.

The PTAC's mission is to assist local small businesses, counseling them about how to obtain certifications and registrations and also encouraging them to pursue federal, state, and local government contracts.
