City offers free mulch during the month of April

Starting this weekend and for the rest of the month the City's Solid Waste Management Department will be offering residents free premium mulch at the Brush Recycling Center, 1800 Bitters Road.

From 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 18, and 25, and Sunday, April 12, 19 and 26, free mulch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis as long as supplies last.

Large trailers and commercial motor vehicles will only be allowed to take up to three (3) cubic yards of mulch per visit. Assistance with loading of the mulch is available upon request.
