Don’t know what to do with all those unwanted items piling up
in your garage? Well, the City of San Antonio’s Solid Waste Department in
conjunction with area landfills has the perfect solution. From 8:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2 the City will host a free landfill

Residents looking to get rid of brush, old sofas, mattresses, household
appliances or even car tires (six tires per household) are encouraged to
load up their items and leave them at one of the five designated drop-off
locations. No hazardous waste will be accepted.
To take advantage of this day, you must be a City of San Antonio
