Houston Street Fair brings Bull Riding to Downtown San Antonio

Who says you need to wait until February for a rodeo? Dust off your cowboy hat, boots, and jeans and head out to this month’s Houston Street Fair and Market (HSF)! On Saturday, June 28, 45 bucking bulls will make their way to the Alamo. Enjoy three rodeo shows at noon, 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in front of the Alamo. Pony rides, a mechanical bull, roping lessons and a special rodeo-themed area will be available for pictures.

In addition, HSF introduces a new specialty area which includes gourmet chocolates, nuts, sauces and more edible delights. Pet adoptions, live, local entertainment, and handmade arts and craft booths round out the event.

This event is free and open to the public. HSF runs from noon to 6:00 p.m. Free parking is available at the St. Mary's Parking Garage located at 400 N. St. Mary's at Travis Street.
