City seeks applications for Head Start Policy Council

Applications are being sought for the Head Start Policy Council. The board is authorized to act as the policy council for San Antonio and Bexar County Head Start Programs in accordance with the Head Start Federal Regulations.

Applicants must have a background in Childhood Education. The appointed member will serve out the unexpired term until November 1, 2008.

Citizens wishing to apply may obtain an application from the Office of the City Clerk located on the second floor of City Hall, 100 Military Plaza, or by visiting www.sanantonio.gov/clerk/boards/onlineapp/boardapponlineintro.asp . The deadline to submit an application is Wednesday, May 28.
