Second Public Meeting scheduled to discuss the proposed Jefferson Neighborhood Conservation District

The City’s Planning and Development Services Department and the Jefferson Neighborhood Conservation District Planning Team are holding a second public meeting to discuss the proposed Jefferson Neighborhood Conservation District at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21 at the Jefferson High School Cafeteria, located on 723 Donaldson Avenue. Community stakeholders are invited to provide input on development design standards.

The Jefferson Neighborhood Conservation District area is generally bound by Babcock Road to the north, Wilson and Kampman Streets to the east, Mulberry/ Manor/ Mistletoe to the south, and St. Cloud to the west.

All suggestions will be taken into consideration and final public comments will be presented by the Planning and Development Services Department to the Zoning Commission and City Council for consideration and adoption.
