City accepting proposals for Camp Bullis Joint Land Use Study

The City’s Office of Military Affairs Department is accepting proposals to develop a Camp Bullis Joint Land Use Study. In addition to providing the surrounding communities with a detailed assessment of the area, the study will provide a current baseline of existing incompatible land use surrounding the installation and provide an assessment of regional growth trends along corridors.

The study will also provide surrounding communities with a plan to use in local land-use and infrastructure decisions, develop recommendations and identify strategies to promote compatible land use planning around Camp Bullis by its surrounding communities in the future.

A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held in the Purchasing and Contract Services Department’s Main Conference Room located at 131 W. Nueva on Tuesday, April 8 at 2:00 p.m. Responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) are due no later than 11:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, May 2 in the Office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 839966, San Antonio, Texas, 78283-3966 or 2nd floor of City Hall, 100 Military Plaza, San Antonio, Texas, 78205.
