San Antonio Building Codes Academy Winter Session

As part of the focus on energy conservation and the goals of the Mission Verde Sustainability Plan, the San Antonio Building Codes Academy will host three different courses concerning the use of the energy code, photovoltaic systems and design, and the installation and inspection of electrical services. The seminars are scheduled February 2 through February 5 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Room 001, River Level.

The SABCA seminars will feature the 2009 International Energy Conservation Code Fundamentals offered February 2 and 4; Photovoltaic Systems and the 2008 National Electrical Code offered February 3; and Electrical Service Requirements of the 2008 National Electrical Code offered in two half-day sessions on February 5. The deadline for a guaranteed reservation is January 2. The registration fees are $160 for the 2009 IECC session; $80 for the Photovoltaic Systems session; and $65 for the Electrical Service Requirements session.
