Municipal Golf Association-SA (MGA-SA) seeks applicants for its Board of Directors

The Municipal Golf Association-SA (MGA-SA) is seeking applicants to fill a City of San Antonio appointed position on its 15-member Board of Directors.

The not-for-profit MGA-SA operates the eight City-owned golf facilities under a multi-year Operating Agreement with the City of San Antonio. The mission of the MGA-SA is to provide the best quality of municipal golf to citizens at an affordable rate, and to continue to provide municipal golf as a City amenity available to local citizens, visitors and guests. The board meets every other month and directors serve on committees.

Citizens interested in applying for a position on the MGA-SA Board may obtain an application at www.sanantonio.gov/clerk. The deadline to submit an application is Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011.
