Release Date: April 8, 2011 City of San Antonio Communications Office: 207-7234 City's Passport Day continues tomorrow The Office of the City Clerk will have its second Passport Day as scheduled tomorrow, Saturday, April 9 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Archives and Records Facility, located at 719 S. Santa Rosa. The Department of State announced earlier today that because of a possible government shutdown, "Passport Day in the USA" was cancelled; however, the City of San Antonio is not cancelling plans to provide this service. Individuals who made an appointment for tomorrow should come to apply for their passport. Walk-ins are welcome. The Municipal Archives and Records Facility provides free parking.
