City looking for citizen input for its 2009 budget

In preparation for developing the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget, the City of San Antonio is looking for input from the community through its Budget Input Box program. This initiative is available in both English and Spanish language.

The Budget Input Box is a forum for residents to offer their suggestions on how the City of San Antonio can increase efficiencies, make effective changes to service delivery, including customer service, and/or generate new revenues.

To submit your budget input suggestion visit the City’s website at www.sanantonio.gov and click on the Budget Input Box link. You may also visit the Central Library, branch libraries, and Community Link Centers to fill out a paper suggestion form.

Ideas for consideration for the FY 2009 Budget should be submitted by July 14, 2008.
