Primer Sabado celebrates "March Madness" in Market Square

Join the City's Downtown Operations Department on Saturday, March 5 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. to celebrate Primer Sabado's "March Madness" in Market Square featuring a special appearance from the San Antonio Spurs mascot - the Coyote in addition to basketball theme activities and drawings for tickets to an upcoming Spurs game. Primer Sabado is free and open to the public.

Primer abado will also showcase over 20 local arts and crafts vendors as well as live music and performances by local favorite Ballet Festival Folklorico, the J.J. Pearce High School Mustang Stampede from Dallas, and El Show De Los Viejitos from Austin. There will be a variety of children’s activities and rides, food booths and much more. The Spurs Sports and Entertainment and the children’s activities will take place on Santa Rosa St. from noon until 6:00 p.m.
