library card campaign -
The
San Antonio Public Library is reaching for a million....a million
library card holders. On Saturday, January 24 from 11:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. the Central Library, 600 Soledad, will hold a kick-off
party for the 2009 library card campaign.
The library is aiming to reach a million library card holders in San
Antonio. Getting a library card is simple, easy and best of all
free! Residents interested in getting a library card should
bring a photo ID and proof of Bexar County residency to your local
library. It's that easy. Individuals can also sign up online at
www.sanantonio.gov/library.
