Show me your Fiesta® medal!
The
City invites you to display your San Antonio pride with the Official
City Fiesta® 2009 Medal. Inspired by artist Angel Rodriguez-Diaz’s
2008 public art project, The Beacon, this year’s medal
illuminates the true spirit of San Antonio’s cultural heritage. The
medal’s design motif is a direct replica of the oxidized steel
28-foot-tall illuminated sculpture that sits at the roundabout at
Blanco Road and Fulton Street in the Beacon Hill Neighborhood. |
