with the River City Cluster of Dog Shows (RCCDS) will sponsor a

the message of responsible pet ownership.
Get your pets
sterilized without breaking the bank!
Sterilized
pets can live longer, healthier lives without contributing to San
Antonio’s animal overpopulation problem. That’s why the City of San
Antonio’s Animal Care Services department is hosting eight low cost
cat spay/neuter clinics in the month of July.

Staying cool in
the South Texas heat
Heat-related
injuries can occur any time the body cannot effectively cool itself.
It does not have to be more than 100 degrees outside before a
heat-related injury can occur. San Antonio and Bexar County are
officially in a Level I Hot Weather Health Watch. Under the City’s
Heat Plan, those conditions warrant the Level I activation.
