Welcome
The Office of Military Affairs (OMA) coordinates and facilitates the community’s support for Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) implementation in our community. The office will work with local community leaders, particularly the Military Transformation Task Force ( MTTF), to develop a Growth Management Plan (GMP) that will address the challenges and opportunities from BRAC-related growth in San Antonio.

Military Transformation Task Force (MTTF)
|
The MTTF is a City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce initiative to share information, assist the military in implementing BRAC, address any impacts on the community and leverage BRAC to strengthen our economy and revitalize our neighborhoods.

BRAC 2005 Growth Management Plan (GMP)

The GMP study, overseen by OMA
and in coordination with the MTTF, was conducted by The DiLuzio
Group, LLC. The study examined:
- Transportation & Infrastructure
- Economic Development
- Neighborhood Revitalization & Redevelopment
- Health Care Delivery
