It serves as the community's liaison and advocate for veterans' affairs; advises the City Council on issues affecting San Antonio veterans and their families; and makes recommendations for improving services.
The Commission meets every other month, on the third Monday of the month. The meetings are held at the Municipal Plaza Building, room C. Commission Agendas are posted three days prior to the meeting at City Hall.
