DanceDance Classes
Session III begins March 18, 2013 and runs through May 18. Registration is with the instructor at the time of the class.
Whether you aspire to become a professional dancer or you just want to improve your coordination, get some exercise, or have some fun, there’s something for everyone in the Parks and Recreation Department’s dance program. Classes, opportunities to try out for dance troupes, and public performances are available.
Most class locations have multiple levels of instruction, open only by teacher promotion. All classes are subject to cancellation when enrollment minimums are not reached. Teachers may not accept new students while preparing for annual cultural recitals. Classes are $30 for youth up through age 17 and seniors ages 60 and up; Youth may enroll in a second class during the same session for $15.
Additional Youth per same family discounted rate of $25 for the first class and $15 for any additional classes during the same session. Classes are $60 for adults ages 18 to 59. There is no discount for adults or seniors in the same family or a discount for any additional classes.
