Fees:	Ward Community Center gym and game/activity room rental fees: Gym practices and/or games: $25 per hour flat fee with two-hour minimum. This gym is not available for volleyball rentals. General use with no admission and no concession: $50 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus $100 deposit if food is served. Special events charging admission and/or selling concessions: $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum and $100 deposit. Other equipment: Ward has seven aluminum tables, five round tables and about 200 chairs available as part of the rental. Call the center at 732-2481 to confirm the numbers available for your event.
Notes:	Alcohol prohibited Community Center hours vary Security: Security is required for any event with a DJ or band. Pool Rental: The pool is also available for parties during the summer months by calling 207-3299.
