The Purchasing & General Services Department / Facilities Services Division provides building maintenance and facility systems support operations for 33 buildings owned and operated by the City of San Antonio.

Facilities Services is comprised of Building Maintenance and Facility Systems Operations.  The Building Maintenance function is responsible for complete custodial and grounds services at the buildings listed below.  The Facility Systems Operations consists of the complex operation and continuous maintenance of the multifaceted systems to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general carpentry / painting, fire alarms, elevator repair, and preventive maintenance procedures for the buildings listed below.
