A Residential Community offering 31 High-Quality, Affordable Homes. 



The Tierra Del Sol Subdivision is the latest installment of the Affordable Showcase of Homes program, currently under development in City Council District 7. With CDBG funding allocated by the San Antonio City Council, the Housing & Neighborhood Services Department, Greater San Antonio Builders Association, and numerous housing partners are gearing up for construction of 31 high-quality, affordable homes to be placed on the market as soon as September of 2010.





October 2006- Site Identified
June 2008- Introduction of the project to the community
October 2008– Tierra Del Sol name revealed
September 2008- Conceptual design approved
March 2009- Infrastructure Construction Contract approved
March 2009- Infrastructure Construction to begin
March 2009- Groundbreaking Ceremony
February 2010- Completion of Infrastructure Construction
TBD 2010– Home Construction begins Neighborhood Sweep
