Re-Building neighborhoods in San Antonio
Strategically enhancing the quality of life in San Antonio neighborhoods through the development and delivery of revitalization programs or services leveraged by dynamic partnerships in accordance with the goals of the City.

Homebuyer's Club	is a structured consumer education program, which covers the entire home buying process.
Homeownership Incentive Program (HIP)	assists eligible persons who are buying a new or existing home within the city limits of San Antonio.
Lead Based Paint	program helps address health and safety issues related to single family units with children under 6 who live in a house built prior to 1978.
Minor Home Repair No funding available at this time.	program addresses housing emergency repair needs city-wide.
Owner-Occupied Historic Rehabilitation	program helps with retention, preservation and restoration of locally designated historic districts and landmarks as well as architecturally significant structures.
Owner-Occupied Rehab	is designed to financially assist low-moderate income owner-occupied households to rehabilitate their substandard and non-code compliant residential properties by means of providing low-interest loans or deferred payment loans to cover the cost of the needed repairs.
Rental Rehab	program offers low-interest financing available to rental landlords for cost of repairs on multi-family investment rental property.
Senior Minor Repair No funding available at this time.	is a public/private partnership, which seeks to revitalize the inner-city, by increasing the number of affordable housing units.
Weatherization Assistance No funding available at this time.	assist homeowners who need repairs in order to qualify for the “Weatherization Assistance Program”.
