Health and safety issues related to single family units with children under 6 who live in a house built prior to 1978.

Developable surplus city property is provided to affordable housing providers to promote homeownership.

Homeownership Incentive Program.
Homeownership Incentive Program (HIP) assists eligible persons who are buying a new or existing home within the city limits of San Antonio.
